体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)是治疗不孕症的主要方法之一,自1990年首例玻璃化冷冻卵裂期胚胎移植获得临床妊娠以来,冻融胚胎移植(FET)作为新鲜胚胎移植的重要补充,已成为IVF-ET中的常规治疗。近年来,全胚胎冷冻策略越来越多的应用于临床治疗中。FET与新鲜胚胎移植相比,其有效性、安全性如何,也成为近年来生殖医学、围产医学的研究热点。本文综述了近年来FET与鲜胚移植的相关研究,旨在进一步阐述FET与鲜胚移植的有效性、安全性及其适用范围。
Abstract:IVF-ET is one of the main methods for the treatment of infertility.Since the first clinical pregnancy has been obtained from the vitrification and cleavage stage embryo transfer in 1990,frozenthawed embryo transfer(FET),as an important supplement to fresh embryo transfer,has become a routine treatment in IVF-ET.In recent years,the whole embryo freezing strategy has been increasingly used in clinical treatment.Compared with fresh embryo transfer,the effectiveness and safety of FET has become a research hotspot in reproductive medicine and perinatal medicine in recent years.In this paper,recent studies related FET and fresh embryo transfer are reviewed in order to further illustrate the effectiveness,safety and application sphere of FET and fresh embryo transfer.
