同型半胱氨酸水平与PCOS患者代谢特征及妊娠结局相关性的研究进展

摘要:

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是最常见的妇科内分泌疾病之一,在临床上多表现为雄激素水平升高、持续少排卵或无排卵、卵巢多囊样改变等,常伴有胰岛素抵抗和肥胖。研究发现PCOS患者的发病机制与同型半胱氨酸水平升高有很强的相关性,同型半胱氨酸水平的升高增加了PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、高血压、高雄激素血症、排卵减少和流产的风险,并且是PCOS患者不良妊娠结局的潜在危险因素。本文综述了近年来PCOS与同型半胱氨酸之间的相关研究,为同型半胱氨酸在PCOS中的研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is one of the most common gynecological endocrine diseases. It is clinically characterized by elevated hormone levels, persistent oligoovulation or anovulation, and polycystic ovarian changes, often accompanied by insulin resistance and obesity. Recent studies have found a strong correlation between the pathogenesis of patients with PCOS and elevated homocysteine serum levels. The elevated serum level of homocysteine increases the risks of insulin resistance, obesity, hypertension, hyperandrogenism, decreased ovulation and abortion in patients with PCOS,and is a potential risk factor for adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with PCOS. This article reviews recent studies on the relationship between PCOS and homocysteine, providing new ideas for the study of homocysteine in PCOS.
