<正>葡萄胎是一种异常的人类妊娠,以绒毛间质水肿同时缺乏胚胎发育或者异常的胚胎发育为特征。根据肉眼及显微镜下的特点、核型及临床表现,可将葡萄胎分为部分性葡萄及完全性葡萄胎。双胎之一完全葡萄胎(CMCF)实际为双胎妊娠,其中之一为完全性葡萄胎,另一为正常胎儿。CMCF是罕见且风险高的妊娠,发生率为1/22,000～1/100,000,但随着辅助生殖技术及促排卵药物的应用,此疾病发生率有所增加。
