回顾性分析2014年1月至2021年6月在北京协和医院生殖中心接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)新鲜周期移植及冻融胚胎移植(FET)助孕治疗后β-HCG先降后升3例患者的临床资料，分析这些患者的治疗方案、预后情况和导致这一现象的原因。研究发现3例患者均采用了HCG+黄体酮进行黄体支持，妊娠结局分别为生化妊娠1例、临床妊娠但自然流产1例和足月分娩1例。结合文献资料复习提示血清HCG先降后升病例可能与外源性HCG黄体支持和胚胎种植时间后移有关；单次的β-HCG下降后β-HCG仍有继续升高的可能，临床上需要随诊再次确认其变化趋势，以避免漏诊、误诊。
Abstract：The clinical data of three patients whose level of β-HCG had an unusual change of descending firstly then ascending after IVF treatment in the reproductive center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2014 to June 2021 were retrospective analyzed. The treatment regimen, prognosis, and causes of this phenomenon were analyzed. The study found the three patients used HCG plus progesterone for luteal support. The pregnancy outcomes were biochemical pregnancy in 1 patient, clinical pregnancy but spontaneous abortion in 1 patient, and full-term delivery in 1 patient. Through reviewing the literature, it is suggested that serum β-HCG descending firstly then ascending in the patients may be related to exogenous HCG support and delayed embryo implantation. β-HCG may continue to rise after a single decline. Clinically, it is necessary to follow up and reconfirm its change trend to avoid missed diagnoses and misdiagnosis.
