热休克蛋白47与哺乳动物生殖

摘要:

热休克蛋白47(HSP47)是一种定位在内质网上的胶原蛋白特异性分子伴侣,由SERPINH1基因编码,属于丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族。HSP47与具有三螺旋结构的前胶原蛋白结合促进胶原蛋白的成熟。当HSP47生成障碍时,会导致基底膜不连续的断裂从而致使胚胎死亡,同时HSP47在器官发生、细胞分化、性腺的发育、维持胎膜的正常功能方面具有十分重要的意义。本文将对HSP47在哺乳动物生殖领域的最新研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Heat shock protein 47(HSP47) is a collagen-specific molecular chaperone localized in the endoplasmic reticulum,encoded by the SERPINH1 gene,and belonging to the serine protease inhibitor superfamily. HSP47 binds to the triple helix procollagen to promote collagen maturation. When the formation of HSP47 is impaired,it will lead to the discontinuous rupture of the basement membrane,resulting in the death of the embryo. Meanwhile,HSP47 is of great significance in organogenesis,cell differentiation,gonad development,and maintenance of the normal function of the fetal membrane. In this paper,the latest research progress on HSP47 in mammalian reproduction is reviewed.
