空卵泡综合征指在促排卵周期或自然周期中,排卵前卵泡发育良好,但经反复抽吸和冲洗仍未获得卵母细胞。本文就其病因、预防、治疗、预后几方面进行综述。
Abstract：Empty follicle syndrome means failure of oocyte retrieval after apparently normal follicular development in both stimulated and spontaneous cycle,despite of repeated aspiration and flushing.This article reviewed the etiology,prevention,therapy and prognosis of empty follicle syndrome.
