雌激素对乳腺纤维囊性增生病的影响各家报道不一。本文综述乳腺纤维囊性增生病妇女体内雌激素及其受体水平、乳腺密度和进行雌激素补充治疗前瞻性随机对照研究的进展。认为只要定期监测,有补充激素指征的乳腺纤维囊性增生病妇女使用雌激素是安全的。
Abstract：The effect of estrogens on fibrocystic breast disease(FBD) are controversial.This review included the advance in the study of concentrations of estrogens and their receptors,mammographic breast density of women with FBD,as well as the impact of different hormone replacement therapy regimens on women with FBD by a prospective,randomized,case-control study.We believed that estrogen replacement therapy is safe for women with FBD,if they are followed-up by mammography or ultrasonography.
