本文是我院开展人类体外受精与胚胎移植技术研究的初步报道。1990年1～12月收治不孕妇女34例,42治疗周期,采用固定的 Fertilin/Pergonal/Profasi 超刺激排卵方案,B 型超声监测卵泡发育并指导经阴道取卵。每周期有6.97±4.1个卵泡发育,获得卵子4.7±4.6个,受精率为71％,卵裂率64％,移植率87.8％。每周期移植的胚胎总分与移植后妊娠率有显著相关性(r=0.8823,P=0.009),移植胚胎评分高,数量多,则妊娠率越高。在未建立胚胎冻存技术之前,4个以上的胚胎移植是处理过剩胚胎的权宜方法。本组大部分病人在门诊接受治疗,可减轻精神与经济负担。

Thirty-four infertile women had undergone induc- tion of ovulation by the regimen of Fertilin/Pergonal/ Profasi for 42 cycles in an in vitro fertilization and em- bryo transfer programme from January to December 1990.Ultrasound with vaginal transduser was used for monitoring follicular development and for directing fol- licular aspiration and oocyte retrieval.In average there were 6.97±4.1 oocyte recovered per cycle,71% of which were fertilized and 64% of the fertilized oocytea cleaved.Embryo transfer was performed in 87.8% of treatment cycles.Quality of embryo was evaluated by the scoring method of puissant.The results indicated a highly significant positive correlation between the total scores of the transferred embryo in each cycle and the pregnancy rates((?)=0.8823,P=0.009).Above 4 em- bryos transferred are the consideration to deal with ex- cess of embryo without freezing technique.Cryop- reservation of embryo is further mandatory.
