<正>冻融胚胎移植(FET)是辅助生殖技术的重要组成部分,影响FET成功的因素包括临床用药方案、冷冻胚胎质量、子宫内膜容受性以及胚胎与子宫内膜的同步化等。胚胎发育与子宫内膜成熟同步是获得胚胎种植和临床妊娠的关键。就子宫内膜准备的方式而言,激素替代(HRT)、促排卵和自然周期(NC)都是可行的方法。本中心于2012年4月起
