多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种表现为高雄激素、LH/FSH>2~3等激素水平紊乱、糖代谢异常为特征的异质性疾病,可致女性月经失调、肥胖、不孕等。外泌体(exosomes)是一种纳米级别的膜性微囊泡,其含有丰富的生物成分和影响多种器官系统的能力,因此可能成为具有诊断价值的标记物。本文就卵泡液来源的外泌体介导多囊卵巢综合征的发病研究进展做一综述,为外泌体协助疾病的诊断、治疗奠定基础。
Abstract:Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)is one of endocrine and metabolic abnormalities of heterogeneous disorders,characterized by high androgen hormone level,LH/FSH >2-3 and abnormal glucose metabolism,which can lead to menstrual disorder,obesity and infertility,etc.Exosome is a kind of nanoscale membranous vesicles.At present,on account of its rich biological components and the ability to affect multiple organ systems,exosome may be the most potential diagnosis biomarker.This paper reviews the research progress in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary mediated by exosome derived from follicular fluid to lay the foundation for diagnosis and treatment of the disease assisted by exosome.
