慢性肾脏病(CKD)是指由于各种原因导致的肾脏结构或功能异常且病程≥3个月。CKD患者妊娠存在较大风险，可导致不良母胎结局，包括母体肾功能恶化、子痫前期、早产及胎儿生长受限等，且相关风险随CKD严重程度而增加。CKD患者的妊娠问题成为临床工作中面临的重要挑战。本文报告了北京协和医院收治的3例CKD合并妊娠病例的诊疗经过及母胎结局，并对相关文献进行回顾，以期为该类疾病的临床诊疗提供参考。
