目的观察康妇消炎栓联合永磁旋振治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法收集2016年12月至2017年8月期间来我院中医科门诊就诊的慢性盆腔炎患者120例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组60例入组患者。对照组予康复消炎栓塞肛治疗,每天一次;研究组在药物治疗的基础上加用永磁旋振治疗仪进行理疗,每天用磁振治疗头治疗2次,每次20min,旋磁振治疗头治疗1次,每次20min。两种治疗方法均以10d为一个疗程,共治疗两个疗程后再复查妇科检查及彩超了解局部病变改善情况。所有患者均在治疗前后进行中医证候评分和体征积分,并进行记录,对两组数据之间的差异进行对比。结果治疗前研究组症状评分为(33.10±6.83)分、体征评分为(8.10±2.63)分、总评分为(42.20±4.87)分;对照组分别为(32.30±5.69)分、(7.90±3.25)分和(41.10±4.13)分;治疗前两组各评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组症状评分为(15.70±4.55)分、体征评分为(3.20±2.73)分、总评分为(19.00±4.91)分;对照组分别为(24.60±5.24)分、(5.10±2.02)分、(29.70±3.79)分;治疗后两组的总评分与治疗前相比均显著降低(P<0.05),且研究组总评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。临床疗效方面:研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(93.3%vs.73.3%,P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓加用永磁旋振理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果较单纯药物治疗更明显,因此在临床治疗时可配合使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository combined with permanent magnet rotary vibration therapy in the patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: A total of 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in our department from December 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,60 patients for each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository by anus treatment,once daily.The patients were treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository once daily combined with permanent magnetic rotary vibration therapy twice daily.The two types of treatment therapy took 10 days as a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the gynecological examination and color Doppler ultrasound were used to determine the improvement of local lesions.All patients were evaluated by Chinese medicine symptoms score and signs score before and after treatment to compare the difference between the two groups.Results:The symptom score and the signs score were(33.10±6.83)and(8.10±2.63)respectively,and the total score was(42.20±4.87)before treatment in the study group.The symptom score and thesigns score group were(32.30±5.69)and(7.90±3.25)respectively,and the total score was(41.10±4.13)before treatment in control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The symptom score and the sings score were(15.70±4.55)and(3.20±2.73)respectively,and the total score was(19.00±4.91)after treatment in the study group.The symptom score and the sins score were(24.60±5.24)and(5.10±2.02)respectively with a total score of(29.70±3.79)after treatment in the control group.The total score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.3%vs.73.3%,P<0.05).Conclusions: The clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository plus permanent magnetic rotary vibration therapy is more obvious in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,so it can be used in clinical treatment.
