低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症可导致有生育需求的女性患者出现原发性闭经而不孕。本文报道1例特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症合并卵巢储备功能减退的患者，外院行辅助生殖技术助孕3个周期未获得可利用胚胎，此次治疗给予生长激素长程预处理、改良促排卵方案促排卵后获得优质卵裂期胚胎，行鲜胚移植后临床妊娠并顺利单胎活产的诊疗经过；同时对相关文献进行复习，以期为该类患者的治疗决策提供一些资料积累和参考。
