子宫内膜异位症(EMs)与不孕症的关系密切。不同类型EMs引起不孕的原因不同,对生育力影响的程度不同,治疗策略也不尽相同。本文在国内外EMs临床诊疗指南及共识的基础上,结合最新进展与争议热点,对卵巢型EMs、深部浸润型EMs和子宫腺肌症的助孕策略进行探讨。
Abstract：Endometriosis(EMs)is closely related to infertility.Different types of EMs cause different causes of infertility,and the effects on fertility and treatment strategies are also different.This paper focuses on the strategies of assisted reproductive technology for ovarian endometriosis,deep infiltrating endometriosis and adenomyosis based on the EMs guidelines and consensus both in domestic and abroad combined with the latest research progress and controversial hot spots.
