目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者人工周期冻融胚胎移植(FET)妊娠结局的影响。方法收集2014年1月至2015年1月期间在我院生殖中心就诊的、行FET治疗的PCOS患者155例为研究对象。根据患者FET期间有无使用阿司匹林分为两组:阿司匹林组(n=61)与对照组(n=94)。回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料,比较两组的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率、早产率、妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)发病率、妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)发病率及新生儿体重等。结果 (1)阿司匹林组的早期流产率(3.0%)显著低于对照组(22.9%)(P<0.05),而胚胎种植率、晚期流产率及临床妊娠率与对照组比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);(2)阿司匹林组的HDCP发生率(3.4%)、早产率(10.3%)均显著低于对照组(分别为20.6%和32.4%)(P<0.05),其他晚期流产率、活产率、GDM发病率、新生儿体重等与对照组比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林的应用能降低行人工周期FET助孕的PCOS患者的早期流产率、早产率及HDCP发病率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of low dose aspirin on the outcome of frozen embryo transfer(FET)cycles in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods: The data of 155 PCOS patients undergone FET cycles in the Reproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical University of Anhui from January 2014 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups:aspirin group(n=61)and control group(n=94)according to whether or not aspirin was used.The embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,early abortion rate,premature birth rate,incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)& pregnancy induced hypertension(HDCP)and newborn weight were compared among the three groups.Results: The early abortion rate were significantly lower in the aspirin group compared with control group(3.0% vs.22.9%)(P<0.05),however,the embryo implantation rate,late abortion rate and clinical pregnancy rate were not significantly different(all P>0.05).Comparing with the control group,the aspirin group had significantly lower HDCP rate(3.4% vs.20.6%)and preterm birth rate(10.3% vs.32.4%)(all P<0.05),but there were no significantly differences in late abortion rate,live birth rate,GDM incidence,newborn weight between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusions:Low dose aspirin can reduce early abortion,premature delivery and HDCP morbidity in patients with PCOS during the FET artificial cycle.
