精子发生是一个复杂的细胞分化过程,其中减数分裂又是最为特殊和关键的一步。在这一过程中一些基因的存在与否、表达水平以及与其他因子间的相互作用,对形成具有生育能力的成熟精子有着至关重要的作用。本文依据减数分裂过程中减数分裂启动、同源染色体联会、基因重组、同源染色体解联、染色体分离的顺序,对Stra8、Sycp3、Dmc1、Hspa1b、Rec8等相关基因的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:Meiosis is the most special and important event in spermatogenesis which is a very complex process of germ cell differentiation.During the meiosis process,the expression of many genes and the interaction with other factors play a vital role in the formation of mature spermatozoa.In this paper,some involved genes such as Stra8,Sycp3,Dmc1,Hspa1 b,Rec8are reviewed in the following order:meiosis resumption,synapsis,homologous recombination,desynapsis,chromosome segregation.
