处女膜位于女性阴道外口与阴道前庭的分界处，是环绕阴道口的一种薄膜状组织，两面均为鳞状上皮，内含神经、血管、结缔组织。本文报道1例初潮后阴道淋漓出血而无明显疼痛的处女膜发育不良的病例，经手术治疗后症状缓解。本病例处女膜并非完全闭锁，是以往未曾遇到过的情况，故与同行分享，旨在为日后的临床诊疗提供一定的思路及参考。
