目的　探讨影响体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)成功率的临床因素。　方法　回顾分析 1999～ 2 0 0 2年 180 7个IVF ET周期中 ,患者的年龄、病因、手术方式和获卵数对辅助生殖技术成功率的影响。　结果　女性年龄是影响妊娠率的独立因素 ,随着年龄的增长 ,获卵数、可移植的胚胎数、胚胎质量均下降 ,导致妊娠率降低和流产率升高 ;男性因素和附睾或睾丸穿刺 (PESA/TESA)手术的妊娠率较高 ,原因不明不育症的妊娠率较低 ,但都可能与年龄的影响有关 ;获卵数 >3 0个 ,即使患者年轻 ,妊娠率反而下降。　结论　女性年龄是影响IVF ET成功率的重要因素

Objective: To study the clinical factors that affects the outcome of in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods: 1 807 cycles of IVF-ET from 1 st January 1999 to 31 st December 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Female age is an independent factor that affects pregn ancy rate in IVF-ET programs. The number of retrieved oocytes and suitable embr yos for transfer decreased in elder patients and the quality of embryos was poor as well. The overall outcome of these age-related effects resulted in signific ant lower implantation rate and higher incidence of abortion. We also found high er pregnancy rate in the patients with male factor and PESA /TESA operation, and lower pregnancy rate in the patients with undetermined infertility but age bias can not be excluded. Conclusion: Female age is a prominent factor that affects pregn ancy rate in IVF-ET programs.
