目的探讨初次体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者的生育生活质量状况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取2019年5～10月在兰州大学第一医院生殖医学专科医院行初次IVF-ET的女性患者230例为研究对象。收集患者一般人口学资料,进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及生育生活质量量表(FertiQoL)评分,分析FertiQoL评分的影响因素。结果共发放问卷230份,回收有效问卷218份,有效应答率94.8%。初次IVF-ET患者的FertiQoL总得分为(61.4±15.0)分,其6个维度得分从低到高依次为治疗耐受性[(54.4±19.4)分]、情感领域[(57.3±21.6)分]、精神/躯体领域[(58.8±22.9)分]、治疗环境[(64.9±13.0)分]、社会关系[(65.0±20.5)分]及夫妻关系[(66.0±17.0)分]。Pearson相关分析显示,焦虑、抑郁与FertiQoL得分呈负相关(r值均为-0.6)(P<0.01)。多元回归分析结果显示,初次IVF-ET患者生育生活质量的主要影响因素依次为焦虑、抑郁、居住地、不育症治疗时间、男方为独生子、生育为重要事件(回归系数依次为-1.147、-0.382、0.164、-0.203、0.109、0.118)(P<0.05)。结论初次IVF-ET患者的生育生活质量受到不同程度的损害,FertiQoL得分整体情况较差,焦虑、抑郁、居住地、不育症治疗时间、男方为独生子、生育为重要事件是其主要影响因素。

Objective:To investigate the reproductive life quality of patients firstly undergoing IVF-ET and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 230 female patients who firstly received IVF-ET at the Reproductive Hospital of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from May 2019 to October 2019 were selected for questionnaire survey by using convenient sampling method.The general demographic data of patients were collected.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS) and reproductive life quality scale(FertiQoL) were scored,and the influencing factors of the FertiQoL score was analyzed.Results:A total of 230 questionnaires were issued,218 of which were valid,with an effective response rate of 94.8%.The total score of FertiQoL was(61.4±15.0) in the patients firstly undergoing IVF-ET. The scores of each dimension were tolerance(54.4±19.4),emotional area(57.3±21.6),mental/physical area(58.8±22.9),treatment environment(64.9±13.0),social relationship(65.0±20.5),and marital relationship(66.0±17.0).Pearson correlation analysis showed that anxiety,depression and FertiQoL scores were negatively correlated(all r=-0.6)(P<0.01).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the reproductive life quality of patients with the first IVF-ET were anxiety,depression,place of residence,infertility treatment time,male being an only child,and birth being an important event.The regression coefficients were-1.147,-0.382,0.164,-0.203,0.109,0.118,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:The reproductive life quality of patients firstly undergoing IVF-ET was impaired to varying degrees,and FertiQoL scores are generally poor.The anxiety,depression,place of residence,infertility treatment time,male being an only child,and birth being an important event are the main risk factors.
