未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)是指卵泡发育成熟过程正常,但不破裂,卵细胞未排出而原位黄素化。关于LUFS发病机制主要有四个方面,即内分泌功能紊乱,局部机械性因素,医源性因素和精神心理因素。目前,LUFS的诊断主要依靠B超结合血清性激素水平测定。其治疗方法有药物促排卵,卵泡穿刺结合官腔内人工授精,但目前临床上逐渐趋同认为,解决LUFS引起不孕疗效最为肯定的方法是体外受精-胚胎移植技术。
Abstract：Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS) is defined as a failure of ovulation,in which,the absence of follicular rupture and oocyte release.The pathogeny of LUFS mainly includes abnormality of hormone,various factors in ovary,local restriction,iatrogenic element and psychologic element.At present,the diagnosis of LUFS is mainly depended on ultrasound and serum sex hormone determination.The treatments contain induction of ovulation,follicle puncture combined with intrauterine insemination.In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer is more effective treatment to female infertility with LUFS.
