自从1988年中国大陆第一例试管婴儿出生以来,我国300多家生殖中心已经使近百万的不育妇女获得妊娠。众所周知,胚胎学家对于辅助生殖实验室的正常运行非常重要,他们的任务是在体外操作人的配子和胚胎,这些操作过程是辅助生殖中心的核心工作。为了在IVF实验室质量管理体系中改善医疗治疗和安全性,中华医学会生殖医学分会实验室学组编纂了本共识,以保障实验室工作的良好运行。
Abstract：Since the first IVF baby was born in 1988 in China mainland,millions of women got pregnancy by ART treatment in over 300 IVF centers in China.It is well known that embryologists are critical for the correct and justified application of ART in the laboratory.They manipulate human gametes and embryos in vitro,and the processes and procedures represent the core of ART clinics.In order to improve quality and safety of ART through the implementation of a quality management system in IVF laboratory,the embryologist group of China Society of Reproduction Medicine(CSRM)compiled this consensus aiming to promote assurance of good laboratory practice.
