目的了解供精人工授精(AID)女性患者焦虑、抑郁、社会支持状况,分析其影响因素。方法应用一般人口学特征问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对145名AID女性患者进行调查分析。结果 AID女性患者焦虑得分(45.00±5.24)和抑郁得分(54.23±8.21)均高于常模水平(P<0.05);AID女性患者焦虑与抑郁之间存在正向线性相关关系(r=0.465,P<0.05),而焦虑与社会支持、抑郁与社会支持之间均存在负向线性相关关系(r=-0.203,P<0.05);AID女性患者抑郁得分中不同文化程度分组(χ2=13.781,P=0.001)、不同职业分组(χ2=9.530,P=0.049)间有统计学差异,抑郁得分总变异的12.3%与文化程度相关(F=20.035,P=0.000)。结论 AID女性患者焦虑、抑郁得分均高于正常人群,而较好的社会支持系统可以有效降低其焦虑、抑郁的产生;文化程度偏低对AID女性患者抑郁的产生起重要作用。
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the anxiety,depression,social support status in the AID women who were performed artificial insemination with donor sperm(AID),and to analyze the influence factors.Methods: A total of 145 AID women completed a questionnaire consisting of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Infertility Stigma Scale(ISC).SPSS 17.0descriptive statistical software was used for data analysis.Results: The scores of anxiety and depression in AID women(45.00±5.24 and 54.23±8.21)were significantly higher than normal level(P<0.05).Our study show a positive linear correlation between anxiety and depression(correlation coefficient r=0.465,P<0.05);a negative linear correlation between anxiety and social support,as well as depression and social support in AID women(correlation coefficient r=-0.203,P<0.05).The scores of depression were significantly different among the different education level group(χ2=13.781,P=0.001)and the different occupational groups(χ2=9.530,P=0.049)in AID women.12.3% of the total variance of depression score was associated with the education level(F=20.035,P=0.000).Conclusions: The scores of anxiety and depression in AID women were higher than normal level.The higher social support system could effectively decrease the levels of anxiety and depression in AID women.Lower education level plays a very important role on the appeared of depression emotions in AID women.
