目的探讨卵巢妊娠的临床特征、有效诊治手段、相关发病机制以及辅助生殖技术(ART)中可能发生卵巢妊娠的相关因素及预防措施。方法收集并分析我院2011~2016年期间确诊的40例卵巢妊娠患者的病例资料,并分成两个时间段(2011~2013年与2014~2016年)观察其时间趋势。结果 2014~2016年相对于2011~2013年,卵巢妊娠在异位妊娠中的占比呈上升趋势,但无统计学差异(2.14%vs.1.03%,P>0.05);6年间共有4例卵巢妊娠发生于ART助孕患者,且全部集中在2014~2016年阶段;主要临床症状表现为:腹痛(90.0%)、停经(47.5%)、阴道出血(25.0%);开腹治疗患者的住院天数[(9.5±2.1)d]显著长于腹腔镜治疗者[(5.2±1.9)](P<0.05)。结论卵巢妊娠在异位妊娠中的占比近年来有增高的趋势,ART的普及或许是其一个特别因素;腹腔镜是其快速有效的诊疗方法。
