叙事护理是通过倾听，探索心理、社会、文化和风俗对患者和家庭的影响，关注患者情感需求，提供抚慰并解除其疾苦的护理模式。在不孕患者中，叙事护理能帮助患者倾诉感情、释放压力、重塑积极心态，缓解患者焦虑情绪。本文主要概述叙事护理在IVF-ET后反复种植失败(RIF)患者负性情绪管理中的应用，并结合叙事护理在RIF患者负性情绪护理实施中存在的问题提出建议，以提高患者的自我效能和护理满意度。
Abstract：Narrative nursing is a nursing model that explores the influence of psychology, society, culture and customs on patients and families through listening, contributing to patients' emotional needs, providing comfort and relieving their suffering. In infertile patients, narrative nursing can help patients talk about their feelings, release pressure, rebuild a positive attitude, and relieve patients' anxiety. This paper summarizes the application of narrative nursing in the management of negative emotions of patients with recurrent implantation failure(RIF) after IVF-ET,and puts forward suggestions in terms of the problems regarding the application of narrative nursing in negative emotional care for RIF patients, resulting in improving patients' self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
