卵巢储备功能下降(DOR),是指由于各种原因引起的卵巢内卵泡数量减少,卵母细胞质量下降,导致女性生育能力下降及性激素的缺乏。DOR是导致女性接受IVF-ET时妊娠率下降或结局不良的原因之一。目前国际上并没有统一的诊断标准,也缺乏公认的动物模型,给DOR的发病机制研究及治疗方法的探索带来了困难。本文就近年国内外学者建立的较为可靠的动物模型作一概述,旨在为今后进一步开展相关研究提供帮助。
Abstract:Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is a condition characterized by a reduced number of follicles in ovary and a declined quality of oocyte.It is one of the causes of declined pregnancy rate or adverse outcomes of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).But there is no uniform diagnostic criterion,and it also lacks ideal animal model of DOR,which leads to hard to study the pathogenesis and therapy of DOR.This paper reviews the reliable animal models,which established by domestic and foreign experts in recent years to provide a reference for further research.
