异常子宫出血(AUB)是妇科常见的症状和体征,其诊断标准和病因分类也在不断更新之中。2018年国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)更新了AUB的症状定义,细化了病因分类,对临床诊断和实践提出了新的要求。本文结合中国AUB的临床诊治经验和应用实践,推荐介绍了相关的概念更新和建议。
Abstract：Abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)is a common symptom and sign of clinics,its definition and classification of underlying causes are changing with the time.International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)updated its definition of symptoms of AUB and recommended a more detailed division of each underlying causes of AUB in 2018.H ere is an introduction of these new concepts of AUB from FIGO and suggestions about using these new concepts in practices in China.
