术中超声的妇科临床应用

摘要:

二十世纪80年代起,术中超声以其高分辨率、高频率、实时传感器、多重频率传感器以及灵活可变的探头应用于各学科手术中。术中超声能确定术中病变部位及其与周围组织的关系,与术后病理符合率更高,逐渐成为了外科手术辅助应用设备。本文针对该项术技术的实用性及有效性在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用予以综述。

Abstract:

Since 1980 s,intraoperative ultrasound with the high resolution,high frequency,real-time sensor,multi-frequency sensor and flexible probe has applied to surgery.Intraoperative ultrasound can identify the lesion and its relationship with surrounding tissues more precisely during operation process.The diagnosis by intraoperative ultrasound is much more consistency with postoperative pathology compared to the pre-operative ultrasound,which has gradually become an important auxiliary equipment of surgery.This paper reviews the validity and availability of the intraoperative ultrasound in gynecologic surgery.
