目的 探讨中药宁泌泰胶囊治疗精液高黏度的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2021年6月至2021年12月就诊于我院的精液高黏度男性的临床资料。按治疗方案分为中药组(接受宁泌泰胶囊治疗,55例)、抗生素组(接受喹诺酮或头孢二代治疗,49例)。比较分析两组患者精液黏稠度改善情况及精液常规指标的变化。结果 两组患者间治疗前精液黏度、精子浓度、活力等比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的精液黏度、精子活力均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后中药组精液黏度显著低于抗生素组[(1.88±0.61)cm vs.(2.31±0.74)cm,P<0.05]、前向运动精子率显著高于抗生素组[(44.29±19.75)%vs.(35.65±33.66)%,P<0.05]。此外,中药组治疗后的精子运动直线性显著高于治疗前[(77.22±6.23) vs.(75.28±7.69),P<0.05]。结论 宁泌泰胶囊可有效治疗精液高黏度并提高患者精子活力。
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Ningmitai capsules in the treatment of semen hyper-viscosity.Methods:The clinical data of men with semen hyper-viscosity who visited in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment protocol, they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(received Ningmitai capsule, n=55) and antibiotic group(received quinolone or second-generation cephalosporin, n=49). The improvement of semen viscosity and the changes of semen routine indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in semen viscosity, sperm concentration and motility before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the semen viscosity and sperm motility of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The semen viscosity of the traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the antibiotic group [(1.88±0.61) cm vs.(2.31±0.74) cm, P<0.05],and the sperm forward motile rate was significantly higher than that in the antibiotic group [(44.29±19.75)% vs.(35.65±33.66)%,P<0.05]. In addition, the linearity of sperm motility in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that before treatment [(77.22±6.23) vs.(75.28±7.69),P<0.05].Conclusions:Ningmitai capsule can effectively treat the semen hyper-viscosity and improve the sperm motility of patients.
