子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤是子宫肌瘤的一种罕见变异类型，由不同比例的成熟平滑肌细胞和成熟脂肪细胞组成，不伴有出血、坏死或细胞结构异型性，术前极易误诊为其他妇科肿瘤。充分了解子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤的临床病理特征有助于早期诊断和临床干预。本文分析了我院2021年诊断为子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤的4例病例的临床特征及病理特点，结合既往文献对子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤的病因、影像学特点、病理特点、疾病恶变潜能、与代谢性疾病及雌激素的关系等方面进行了归纳总结，以期为子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤的诊断及其今后的研究方向提供新思路。
Abstract：Uterine lipoleiomyoma is a rare variation of uterine leiomyoma, consisting of mature smooth muscle cells and mature adipose cells in varying proportions, without bleeding, necrosis or cellular structural heterogeneity. It is easy to be misdiagnosed as other gynecological tumors before surgery. Fully understanding the clinical and pathological characteristics of uterine lipoleiomyoma is helpful for early diagnosis and clinical intervention. This paper analyzed the clinical and pathological characteristics of 4 patients who were diagnosed as uterine lipoleiomyoma in our hospital in 2021,and summarized the etiology, radiologic characteristic, pathological features, disease malignancy potential, the relationship with metabolic diseases and estrogen by referring to the previous literature, in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and future research directions of uterine lipoleiomyoma.
