子宫内膜间质肉瘤（ESS）是来源于子宫内膜间质细胞的一组罕见的恶性肿瘤，而低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤（LG-ESS）是其中最常见的一种。LG-ESS无特征性临床表现，确诊依靠术后病理检查，极少数病例以肺转移为首发表现，术前误诊率较高，目前无统一的治疗方式。本文报道1例LG-ESS肺转移的病例，对其病情发展及诊治过程进行整理，并复习相关文献，分析该患者的临床特征，以提高对该类疾病的警惕性，减少该病发生带来的不良预后。
