目的探讨部队男性不育症患者的心理健康状况、婚姻质量及社会支持情况。方法采用症状自评量表-90、Olson婚姻质量问卷及社会支持评定量表对2017～2018年就诊于本中心的部队166名男性不育患者(A组)进行调查分析,并与同期就诊于本中心的地方300名男性不育患者(B组)及250名在本院体检的正常已育男性(C组)作对照分析。结果 A组及B组的症状自评量表-90结果中强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑4项因子得分均显著高于C组(P<0.05),且A组强迫症状、抑郁及焦虑3项因子得分显著高于B组(P<0.05);在婚姻质量问卷中A组与B组在婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、解决冲突方式及性生活4个因子的得分均显著低于C组(P<0.01),且A组这4个因子的得分更低于B组(P<0.05);在社会支持评定量表中,A组在客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分4项的得分显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05),B组在主观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分3项的得分显著低于C组(P<0.05)。结论部队不育男性的心理健康状况较差,婚姻质量及其社会支持度也偏低。这提示我们在以后的诊疗工作中对于部队不育患者这个特殊的群体要更加关注,在进行常规治疗的同时更要加强心理干预治疗,同时也要从政策上,从行动中加强对他们的支持,以利于部队战斗力的提高。

Objective:To investigate the mental health status,marital quality and social support of male infertile patients in army.Methods:A total of 166 male infertility patients in army(group A)were investigated by using the symptom check list-90(SCL-90),Olson marriage quality questionnaire and social support rating scale,and the results were compared with 300 civilian male infertile patients(group B)and 250 normal fertile male who underwent physical examination in our hospital(group C)in the same period.Results:The scores of obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety in SCL-90 of group A and group B were significantly higher than those of group C(P<0.05),while the scores of obsessive-compulsive,depression and anxiety of group A were significantly higher than those of group B(P<0.05). The scores of marital satisfaction,marital communication,conflict resolution manner and sex life in the marriage quality questionnaire of group A and group B were all significantly lower than those of group C(P<0.01),while the scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B(P<0.05). The scores of objective support,subjective support,support utilization and total social support in the social support rating scale in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and C(P<0.05),while the scores of subjective support,support utilization and total social support of group B were significantly lower than those of group C(P<0.05).Conclusions:The mental health status of male infertile patients in the army is poor,and the marital quality and social support are also low. It suggests that we should pay more attention to this special group of infertility patients in army. We should focus more on psychological intervention when we give them conventional treatment. At the same time,we should strengthen our support for them in terms of policies and actions,so as to improve their combat effectiveness.
