宫腔灌注人绒毛膜促性腺激素在胚胎移植中的研究进展

人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)是胚胎种植前产生的一种早期信号因子,近年来研究发现其可以在辅助生殖领域的胚胎种植及维持妊娠状态中发挥作用。宫腔灌注术因灌注药物或物质直接作用于子宫内膜局部,可以有效提高患者内膜容受性从而改善妊娠结局。宫腔灌注HCG操作简便、患者依从性高,逐渐被广泛应用于胚胎移植患者,特别是在薄型子宫内膜及反复胚胎着床失败患者中有越来越深入的应用。本文就当前宫腔灌注HCG在胚胎移植中应用的适应人群、给药时机与剂量、作用机制、应用效果及研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) is one of the early signal factors produced before embryo implantation. In recent years, it has been found to play a role in the embryo implantation and maintenance of pregnancy in the field of assisted reproduction. Intrauterine perfusion can improve the pregnancy outcome by increasing the endometrial receptivity due to the direct effect of drugs or substances on the local endometrium. The intrauterine perfusion of HCG is easy to operate and the compliance of patients is high. In recent years, it has been widely used in the patients with embryo transfer, especially in the patients with thin endometrium and the patients with repeated implantation failure. This paper reviews the suitable population, timing and dosage of administration, mechanism, application effects and research progress of the current intrauterine infusion of HCG in embryo transfer.
