在辅助生殖控制性促排卵(COH)过程中,卵泡发育同步化与获卵数、卵母细胞质量密切相关,如何使得更多的卵泡同步发育一直是辅助生殖技术领域学者关注的重点。研究发现,抑制素B(INHB)可通过内分泌机制调控卵泡刺激素(FSH)的水平,并通过旁分泌影响卵泡优势化,从而参与优势卵泡的选择以及非优势卵泡的闭锁。本文对INHB如何影响FSH水平、调控优势卵泡的选择进行综述,探讨其在COH卵泡同步化中的作用。
Abstract:In the process of assisted reproductive control ovarian hyper-stimulation(COH),the synchronization of follicle development is closely related to the number of oocytes retrieved and the oocytes quality. How to make more follicles develop synchronously has been the focus of scholars in the field of assisted reproductive technology. The studies found that inhibin B(INHB) can regulate FSH level through endocrine mechanism,and affect follicle dominance through paracrine,thus participating in selection of dominant follicles and atresia of non-dominant follicles. This paper reviews how INHB affects the selection of dominant follicles by affecting FSH,and explore its role in the synchronization of follicle development under COH.
