目的调查女性不孕症患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕周期合理用药自我效能现状并分析其影响因素,为采取措施提高患者合理用药自我效能、改善助孕结局提供依据。方法采用方便抽样法选取2020年12月至2021年1月期间在兰州大学第一医院生殖医学中心行IVF-ET助孕的200例女性不孕症患者为研究对象。采用横断面调查研究,应用患者一般资料调查表、合理用药自我效能量表、家庭关怀度指数量表、Herth希望量表、全面健康素养测量量表收集研究对象相关数据,采用SPSS 25.0软件进行分析。结果女性不孕症患者IVF-ET助孕周期合理用药自我效能得分(29.07±5.92)分,处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析结果显示:治疗时长、口服药种类、阴道放药种类、家庭关怀度、希望水平为患者合理用药自我效能的主要影响因素,标准化回归系数分别为0.137、-0.149、0.166、0.157、0.286(P<0.05)。结论女性不孕症患者IVF-ET助孕周期合理用药自我效能不高;护理人员需要加强对患者用药知识的健康宣教,特别关注用药种类多的患者,同时采取措施提高患者的希望水平,发挥患者家庭功能,以提高患者合理用药自我效能。
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the current status of self-efficacy of appropriate medication use in IVF-ET cycles and its influencing factors in female infertile patients, in order to provide evidence for taking measures to improve self-efficacy of appropriate medication use and IVF-ET outcome.Methods:A total of 200 female infertile patients who underwent IVF-ET in Reproductive Medicine Center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from December 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects by using convenience sampling method.A cross-sectional survey was conducted.The data of the research objects were collected by using the general information questionnaire, self-efficacy for appropriate medication use scale(SEAMS),family APGAR index(APGAR),Herth hope index(HHI),and all aspects of health literacy scale(AAHLS).SPSS 25.0 software was used for analysis.Results:The score of self-efficacies for appropriate medication use scale was(29.07±5.92),which was in the middle level.The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the treatment time, the type of oral medication, the type of vaginal drug, family care and the hope level were the main influencing factors of the self-efficacy for appropriate medication use, with the standardized regression coefficients 0.137,-0.149,0.166,0.157 and 0.286 respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-efficacy of appropriate medication use in IVF-ET cycles in female infertility patients is not high.Nursing staffs need to strengthen the health education of patients' medication knowledge, pay special attention to the patients with various types of drug.Meanwhile it should take measures to improve the patient's hope level, play the family function of patients, and improve the self-efficacy of appropriate medication use of patients.
